I got my first camera when I was about 11 or so. Since then I have held many jobs. Not all photography but, most. I have done studio work, on location work, wedding photography, infant photography, high school seniors, underclass school photography, sports photography, Portraiture work, freelance photography, and even have had a book of black and white photos and poetry published back in 2002.
About 4 years ago I discovered stock photography. I love photography but, I’m a bit selfish and want to photograph what I want when I want and stock photography would allow me that luxury. I have spent the last 4 years learning all I could about the stock industry. What makes a good stock photo what type of images sell or don’t sell., what companies do well and what companies struggle, what these companies do and don’t do and who uses these photos and why. I started building this site about a year ago because, not only do I love what I've learned about the industry of stock photography because of the freedom it would allow me, but because I wanted to share these gifts with other photographers. I wanted to create a site photographers love. I hope you enjoy our site. It is still new and we have a long way to go, but with your support, I hope to create the best stock photo information based site on the web. Thats about all there is to tell about me.
