This website is intended for the purpose of uploading or downloading photographic files by it’s members, acting as a market place for both photographers and designers.

All visitors to the site will be able to view photographs posted to the site without restrictions. Members of the site will be able to access any blog newsletter, forum or anything else contained on the website.

Those members that will be uploading their work (photographers) will adhere to the terms and conditions of their membership agreement set forth for photographers as to what is excepted or denied by stockphotolounge.com.

Those members downloading photos will adhere to the license agreement in which they have entered into and will not misuse the photos from this site in any derogatory or misleading way.

All members both uploading and downloading photos from this site are legally bound by this agreement upon becoming a member. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these agreement set forth by this website then do not use the website in any form.

Only those who can enter into a legally binding agreement will be able to use the website in any form. You may not use this website if you are under the legal age of 18 without the supervision of a parent or guardian. If your use of this website is on behalf of an entity or company you must have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.

By entering into this agreement you acknowledge that stockphotolounge.com has no obligation to review any work posted on the site and will have no responsibility to any such work. It is up to the sole discretion of stockphotolounge.com to accept or deny any photographs, blogs, forums or newsletters to be displayed on the site.

Any work that you post onto this website is your sole responsibility and stockphotolounge.com can not be legally liable for them to include but not limited to photographs, blogs, forum entries or comments.

All copy rights are held solely by the artist and can not and will not be transferred to stockphotolounge.com or it’s members that download such works for any purpose.

You as a member agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless in any way stockphotolounge.com and it’s affiliates as well as their respected officers, directors, employees, owners, agents representatives, from and against all claims, expenses including attorneys fees or other liabilities arising from your breach of any of your representations, warranties or obligations under this agreement.

Stockphotolounge.com reserves the right to change or amend these agreements in part or in full at any time.
